Use boiling water to clean the yogurt cups (not the plastic tops).
Use a whisk to mix the ingredients.
Check the instructions when setting the temperature and time and starting the yogurt maker.

On new batch days, pre-heat the milk to 96-100 degrees
How to make the yogurt:
Open and dump 1 capsule probiotic.
Add two tbsp Inulin prebiotic fiber (see Sara's product).
Mix up.
About two tbsp Organic Half and Half, enough to make a paste.
Mix up.
Pour in the rest of the Half and Half quart.
Mix up really good.
Put into sealed containers and put into the yogurt maker.
Pour in water to the level of the mixture inside the containers.
Set temperature to 99 degrees:
Set cook time to 36 hours:
Put the top on and wait for 36 hours.
Wait a few hours for it to cool down.
Eat 1/2 Cup a day. Can add vanilla extract, blue berries, cinnamon to taste.
